OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2010. FAS Russia is considering a petition of “CNH-KAMAZ Commercial B.V.” (location: International Trade Centre, Amsterdam Airport, B Tower, 10th Floor, 217 Schiphol Boulevard, Amsterdam, 1118, BH, the Netherlands; main activities – asset management) on acquiring 100% shares of the authorized capital of “CNH-KAMAZ Commercia B.V.” (location; 2, Avtozavodsky Prospekt, Naberezhnie Chelny, the Republic of Tatarstan, 423827; main activities – trading construction and agricultural machinery and equipment, components for construction and agricultural equipment), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration for two months in order to obtain additional information necessary to make a decision.

Interested persons can submit information to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about possible effects of the transaction upon the state of competition.
