OREANDA-NEWS. November 18, 2010. FAS Russia received petitions from “Rosneft-Kuban’nefteproduct” NK” OJSC on acquiring for use fixed production assets of “Yug-Terminal” Ltd. (of 12th October 2010, Registration No. 49426), and on acquiring for use fixed production assets of “Yug-Minioil” Ltd: (of 12th October 2010, Registration No.49425) and “Yu-Kuban” Ltd. (of 12th October 2010, Registration No.49427), reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

“Rosneft-Kuban’nefteproduct” NK” OJSC:

Main activities – supplies of oil products transportation, storage, wholesale and retail trade

“Yug-Minioil” Ltd:

Location: 47-a Fedoseyeva St., Tikhoretsk, the Krasnodar region, 352120.

Main activities - wholesale and retail sale of oil products petrochemicals, particularly, through the service stations network.

“Yug-Terminal” Ltd.:

Location: 47-a Fedoseyeva St., Tikhoretsk, the Krasnodar region, 352120.

Main activities- wholesale and retail sale of oil products petrochemicals, particularly, through the service stations network.

“Yu-Kuban” Ltd.:

Location: 14, K. Marx St., Krasnodar, the Russian Federation, 350004.

Main activities- wholesale and retail sale of oil products petrochemicals, particularly, through the service stations network.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration in order to be able to complete additional examination of the petition and obtain additional information. Interested persons can submit information to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about possible effects of the transaction, or other actions upon the state of competition
