OREANDA-NEWS. November 17, 2010. JSC Aeroflot Russian Airlines has introduced changes to its tariff system. Now all the tariffs of the company are grouped according to two plans, Business class (Status and Comfort) and Economy class (Status, Comfort, Budget and Promo), reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.

The tariff groups have been set to simplify the rules according to which the tariffs are applied, to decrease the time passengers spend to book tickets, to make changing or returning tickets easier; all this will finally improve the quality of passenger service.

Each group of tariffs has its own unified terms and conditions: making changes to your booking, terms and conditions of returning your tickets, minimum and maximum stay requirements in the destination point, etc.

For the passengers’ convenience it is possible to combine different plans in one ticket which decreases additional payments in the case of rebooking to upgrade the tariff. The new system of tariff groups makes the choice between different tariffs easier both when tickets are bought in a sales office and when purchased via the Aeroflot website.

According to Vitali Saveliev, the head of Aeroflot Airlines Company, ‘Aeroflot is consolidating its reputation as top quality company by continuingly improving its services, modernizing its work and introducing new passenger service technologies’.
