Effective November 16, 2010 the parameters of the state registration number of ordinary shares of Bank of Moscow (RTS T+0 Market ticker – MMBM, RTS Standard ticker - MMBMG) will be changed. New parameters of the state registration number will be 10102748B as of 28.12.1994.

The parameters will be changed, due to cancellation of the individual number (code) 113D of the state registration number 10102748B013D as of 24.02.2010 that was assigned to the additional issue.
