OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2010. By the decision of the Arbitration court of Moscow, the resolutive part of which was announced, the claim of Ingosstrakh against Finstar LLC for collection of debt due to non-performance of the agency agreement was satisfied.

Finstar violated the agency agreement conditions on the insurance premium transfer in favor of the insurer. The total debt amount exceeded 39 mln rubles. In the course of the investigation the court considered the claim reasonable and subject to satisfaction.

Earlier a criminal case of theft of cash received from the insurant as an insurance premium had been initiated against M.A. Blagosklonov, the former director of the agent, and R.V. Sharov, the former director of the other insurance agent Garant-Servis LLC.

Ingosstrakh takes all possible actions within the existing laws for the company’s interests protection including the collection of debt from unfair partners through judicial procedures.
