OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2010. Euvgeny Andreevich Afonkin has been appointed Deputy Director of the Ingosstrakh branch in Omsk. In his new position he will take care of issues related to retail business development of the company’s Omsk branch.

Euvgeny Afonkin was born in December 1980 in Omsk. He has higher technical education. In 2003 he graduated from the Siberian State Automobile and Highway Academy. 

Euvgeny Afonkin has a wide experience in the insurance sphere. In 2003-2004 he worked as a chief specialist of the claims settlement center at Rosgosstrakh-Siberia LLC – the Omsk Region Department. In 2004-2005 he held the position of the head of the ground transport insurance claims settlement department in Omsk. In 2005-2009 he worked as Deputy Director of the Moscow Insurance Company OJSC branch in Omsk.
