OREANDA-NEWS. November 15, 2010. Troika Dialog played an active role in the strategic session “Building the Astrakhan Region’s Investment Strategy,” which took place November 12-13 in Astrakhan. In particular, on November 12, the first day of the session’s work, Senior Economist at Troika Dialog Anton Struchenevsky delivered the presentation “Russian Macroeconomics in the Context of Global Challenges,” while on November 13 Andrey Karasev, Vice President of the State and Infrastructure Group at Troika Dialog, participated in the working group “Transport and Logistics Infrastructure. Prospects for Inter-Regional Cooperation.”

The strategic session “Building the Astrakhan Region’s Investment Strategy” was organized by the administration of the Astrakhan region. During the event, representatives of regional government, Russian and international investment funds and major businesses attempted to map out the main approaches to building an investment strategy and creating clusters of state-private investment projects within the Astrakhan region.
