- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C53590010 is 3,205,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P53590116 - 150,000 units;

- all authorized shares of the company are offered;

- the sole person, holding five and more percent, from total number of offered shares of the company is MAG INVEST, which owns all offered shares.
