OREANDA-NEWS. November 13, 2010. First evaluation committees of "Brave Idea Support Programme" took place. In Kuldiga and in Liepaja 7 business ideas were evaluated, reported the press-centre of SEB Bank.

New and soon-to-be entrepreneurs presented their ideas in presence. Both in Kuldiga and Liepaja two ideas in each town met with approval (altogether 4 business ideas were accepted). Positively evaluated ideas are as follows:

Eco car wash;

Manufacture of wood tiling;

Bread bakery;

IT solutions for web pages etc.

Other authors received suggestions by the evaluation committee in order to better the ideas. They also were kindly asked not to hesitate and present their ideas to the evaluation committee repeatedly.

The financial support of the programme allows providing new entrepreneurs with consultancy services in various fields, such as prototyping, marketing, accountancy, law, technology issues, business planning, development of projects for EU funds, etc.

"Brave Idea Support Programme" call for ideas is open; authors of business ideas are invited to apply for the programme until 1 December, 2010, 17:00, submitting the application personally in one of business incubators of Kurzeme:

Talsi, 35 Miera Str.,
Saldus, 2 Striku Str.,
Kuldiga, 19 Kalna Str.
