Through "SMS CONVERSE" service by sending relevant message to short number 5112 the customer can get the following information: 

Checking saving and card account balances,

Checking deposit balance,

Ckecking loan balances,

Getting information on foreign exchange rates,

Blocking and deblocking of cards.

We would like to remind you that the bank continuously modernizes application of information technologies in favour of its customers: it is already half a year  that internet banking system operates thanks to which the customers can manage their bank accounts with on-line system, ARCA DIRECT exclusive system has been put into operation which provided the customers  with opportunity to check their card balances directly from the bank as well as the form of SMS message has been improved with which cardholders can get information on card balances  immediately after card transactions.
