OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2010. SB JSC "Sberbank" announces the start of the Initial Public Offering on the unorganized market of securities of the first (NIN- KZ2C0Y07D816, date of state registration August 16, 2010) and the second (NIN-KZ2C0Y09D820, date of state registration August 16, 2010) issues of registered subordinated bonds to the total amount of KZT10.0 bn, issued under the First bond programme. The offering of the said bonds will be done by subscription, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Prospective buyers may submit orders for purchase of the above-mentioned bonds by way of sending a filled order form with mandatory indication of parameters,  shown in the order, to the e-mail dmitry.antipov@sberbank.kz.

The bond purchase order form is available at the website http://www.sberbank.kz/.

Orders will be accepted within 2 (two) days from the date of this communication.
