OREANDA-NEWS. November 12, 2010. Mikhail Pavlov was appointed to the position of Deputy Chairman of the Management Board. Mikhail Pavlov takes responsibility for international business of the Bank including relations with foreign investors and international financial institutions, cooperation with financial institutions as well as trade and structured finance. He also oversees Bank’s operations on the financial markets, reported the press-centre of ITB.

Mikhail Pavlov was born in 1968. He graduated from the Financial Academy of the Government of the Russian Federation in 1999 with academic honors and a degree in economics. In 2008, he received a Master of Business Administration from the University of Durham, UK.

Mikhail Pavlov started his career with Mezhсombank in 1993. From 2004 to 2010 Mikhail Pavlov occupied managerial positions at LOCKO-Bank where he was promoted to Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in 2006.
