OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2010. According to September results passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 864 916 people, which is 23,2% more than it was in September 2009, including:

International airlines passenger traffic to foreign countries in September 2010 had a total enrolment of 414 337 people, which is 25,8% more than the number of passengers carried in September 2009.

Domestic airlines passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 378 029 people, which is 18,6% more than in September 2009.

Passenger traffic to the countries of CIS increased by 34,1% and had a total enrolment of 72 550 people.

The number of takeoff and landing operations increased by 17,2% in September 2010 and had a total enrolment of 9 603 takeoffs and landings. The volume of handled gross takeoff weight (GTOW) is 322 787 tons, the increase is 11,6% as compared with the same period in 2009.

The first 9 months results of 2010

According to the first 9 months of 2010 results passenger traffic of Pulkovo airport had a total enrolment of 6 552 653 people, which is 27,4% more than the activities of the first 9 months of 2009, including:

International airlines passenger traffic to the foreign countries for the first 9 months in 2010 had a total enrolment of 2 954 522 people, which is 26,9% more than the number of passengers, carried during the first 9 months in 2009.

Domestic airlines passenger traffic had a total enrolment of 3 070 433 people, which is 28,2% more than during the first 9 months in 2009.

Passenger traffic to the countries of CIS increased by 26,5% and had a total enrolment of 527 698 people.

The number of takeoff and landing operations increased by 15,2% during the first 9 months in 2010 and had a total enrolment of 76 162 takeoffs and landings. The volume of handled gross takeoff weight (GTOW) is 2 555 374 tons, the increase is 10,0% as compared with the same period in 2009.
