OREANDA-NEWS. November 11, 2010. OJSC Transsiberian Reinsurance Corporation European Bureau paid RUR 5.643 mln reinsurance recovery to the company "Rosgosstrakh" under the package mortgage insurance treaty. The payment was made in connection with getting by insured person of the second group of disability. Risk was accepted under reinsurance treaty, placed by LLC "AFM Insurance consultants and brokers".

Under the package mortgage insurance treaty there were insured real property, mortgaged to the bank, as well as life and health of an entrepreneur who has taken credit. In June 2008, at external inspection of works on construction of the building insured employer fell from the scaffolding, from a height of 6 meters. As a result of accident the insured received damages to the lower extremities and he got the second group of disability by the head office of Health and Social Assessment for the Krasnodar Territory.

Getting by insured disability of the second group was recognized as occurance. Total amount of losses amounted for RUR 102.366 mln. Commercial bank that issued the credit acted as beneficiary. After receiving the complete package of documents OJSC Transsiberian Re European Bureau paid its share in the amount of 5,643,024 rubles.
