OREANDA-NEWS. November 10, 2010. Effective November 10, 2010 quotation of preferred shares of Pirometr (RTS Board ticker – pirop) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to state registration of the report on the results of the securities issue (state registration number 2-02-00014-D as of September 23, 2010) that was placed by conversion after stock split. Previously there were 136,547 shares with a par value of 90 roubles. Currently there are 1,228,923 shares with a new par value of 10 roubles.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1771 securities of 1285 companies are included in RTS Board.
