According to the extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C53630014 is 4,125,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P53630110 - 1,375,000 units;

- 681,300 common shares are offered, preferred shares were not offered;

- the sole shareholder and accordingly the sole person, holding five and more percent from the total number of offered shares is Astana-finance (Astana).
