OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2010. Within three quarters of 2010 the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” transferred over 24 mln rubles for the implementation of social projects.

Within the reporting period the company transferred over 10.8 mln rubles for financial support of the current and former employees of the port.

In particular the group of companies transferred about 4.2 mln. rubles to support the retired employees of the port. Quarterly former port workers receive bonuses and various payments in relation to public holidays.

Within the period from January till September 6.8 mln. rubles were transferred to target funds earmarked for the social support of the personnel.  Main part of these funds was used for arrangement of summer vacations for children of the port workers in the recreation camp “Mayak”. The group of companies reimburses the major part of the cost of the voucher – about 53% (10380 rubles) of its cost. 

About 2.8 mln rubles were transferred for payments in relation to public holidays and anniversaries of the port employees.

Within the period of 22 years the group of companies “Sea Port of Saint-Petersburg” has rendered assistance to orphanage No.10 of Kirovskiy district. Within 9 months of 2010 over 600 thousand rubles were transferred for the renovation of the living premises of this orphanage and for arrangement of the holidays for the orphanage children.
