So, according to him, in Ukraine to introduce electronic social cards should be introduced, to ensure effective and full address of accounting for the population of state social benefits and other social guarantees.

"Electronic social card can perform various functions, including accounting, information, and billing. It will enable to determine: where and which costs in the state goes for social expenditures, who receives payments, it would allow to create a system where the one who provides service automatically receives compensation from the budget bypassing the bureaucracy"- he argued.

Moreover, as the Head of Government noted, the introduction of electronic cards would provide less paper documents and bring Ukraine closer to the modern management system. "Next year we will begin this reform" - Mykola Azarov said.
