OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2010. The support of agricultural enterprises of Uzbekistan is one of primary directions of the activity of Asaka state joint-stock commercial bank. For this purpose the bank is rendering active help in the purchase of necessary equipment.

Asaka bank has extended 9.44 million soums so far for the purchase of 44 items of agricultural equipment within the framework of lease projects and credits. Additionally the bank financed 23 projects at the total sum of 40.3 billion soums extended for the development of poultry farming.

As of 1 October 2010 the bank's aggregate lease portfolio added 41% versus the beginning of the year and presently lists 193 projects worth 99.2 billion soums. The projects concern different branches of economy including industry, agriculture, construction, transport and communication, social and other spheres.
