OREANDA-NEWS. November 09, 2010. With the new special offer from Air Moldova It becomes more profitable to plan a family trip. Choose one of the airline’s destinations and fly up to 70% cheaper, reported the press-centre of Air Moldova.

The promotion is valid from 31 October 2010. The disccount applies to all direct flights operated by Air Moldova, from the default rate. At a low price you can fly to Frankfurt, Vienna, Lisbon, Madrid, London, Athens, Larnaca, Rome, Milan, Paris, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Munich and Kiev, both classes of service - Economy and Business are available.

Families can benefit from the rate discount only by purchasing tickets from Air Moldova’s local sales offices and international dealerships, as well as from the authorized agencies in tickets sales for routes of Air Moldova airline.

The existing regulations provide discounts only for family members with first-degree relatives. Passengers are required to provide the necessary documents proving their relationship: for adults- marriage certificate and for children older than 12 years- the birth certificate.

Tariff policy of Air Moldova airline on the directions of its own route network involves also discounts for children, 90% for children under 2 years, 33% for children aged between 2 and 12 years, and a 10% discount for youth from 12 to 27 years.

Air Moldova is the biggest Moldovian airline and it has more than 50 % of air transportations registered on the national market.

From 10th of May, Air Moldova’s fleet was increased by a brand new aircraft Embraer 190 that arrived on base airport in Chisinau directly from manufacturer. The aircraft was named "Stefan cel Mare" during inauguration ceremony.
