OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2010. Herman Gref, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Sberbank of Russia, and Sergey Kogogin, Director General of OJSC KAMAZ, signed a cooperation agreement between Sberbank of Russia and OJSC KAMAZ in Naberezhnye Chelny.

Under the agreement, the parties will jointly develop financial and credit relations in the sphere of energy effectiveness and energy saving, promote realization of KAMAZ’s energy and recourse-saving projects taking into account the latest achievements of the Russian and foreign companies, within the limits of the federal program till 2020 year.

The subject of the agreement is the parties’ collaboration with the federal executive bodies and public authorities of the RF subjects to get subsidies and state guarantees for the above mentioned projects of KAMAZ. In particular, the first joint measure will be financing of the investment project for decentralized compressed air supply of KAMAZ’s enterprises and subdivisions.
