OREANDA-NEWS. November 8, 2010. In connection with drawing up financial statement of the Company following the results of 9 months of 2010, Sibirtelecom OJSC additionally discloses information on the amount of interim dividends per one share.

As it was previously announced in the course of extraordinary general meeting of shareholders that took place on October 20, 2010, shareholders of Sibirtelecom OJSC adopted the decision on payment of interim dividends and determined the amount of allocations in per cent of the net profit according to the results of 9 months of 2010.

Accordingly, up to December 19, 2010 (inclusive) the Company’s shareholders will get the revenue in the following amounts:

·         0.0000000025125909% of the Company’s net profit according to the results of nine months of 2010 financial year per one preferred share, type A, that makes up 0,0800377 rubles;

·         0.0000000012659577% of the Company’s net profit according to the results of nine months of 2010 per one ordinary share that makes up 0.0403269 rubles.

List of persons entitled to get revenues on securities is drawn up as on August 31, 2010. Due date for dividend payment: preferred and ordinary shares: no later than 60 days before decision-making on payment of dividends.
