OREANDA-NEWS. November 08, 2010. In the first nine months of 2010, Saratovnefteprodukt (a subsidiary of TNK-BP) supplied 108,000 tonnes of diesel fuel to farms in the Saratov Region at a 10% discount to the commercial price, reported the press-centre of TNK-BP. 

These deliveries have helped the region’s agricultural producers to save over 256 million rubles, which is almost twice as much as during the same period last year (in 2009, 113,000 tonnes of discounted fuel was supplied at a total discount of 130 million rubles). To date, since it began operations in the Saratov Region TNK-BP has granted discounts totaling more than 1 billion rubles.

Fuel is supplied at discount prices from March to November inclusive, in line with the Agreement between TNK-BP and the Government of the Saratov Region. The company plans to supply a total of 125,000 tonnes at discount prices in 2010.
