OREANDA-NEWS. November 03, 2010. Joint Stock Company “United Aircraft Corporation” (UAC) [RTS, MICEX: UNAC], State Corporation “Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs (Vnesheconombank)” and State Company “Antonov” (Ukraine) signed the cooperation agreement. The agreement has been signed by the President of UAC Alexey Fedorov, the Chairman of Vnesheconombank Vladimir Dmitriev and the President of Antonov Dmitry Kiva, reported the press-centre of UAC.

The agreement is aimed at establishing partnership and developing long-term, efficient and mutually beneficial cooperation between the parties. According to the agreement the parties intend to implement the investment projects as follows:

design and manufacturing of high-tech machinery products based on the innovative technologies;
serial production of civil, cargo and military transport aircraft;

technological modernisation of the aircraft producers in the Russian Federation and Ukraine;

aircraft post-sales service development; support for the export of industrial products and services, and export`s diversification.

Vnesheconombank will conduct a comprehensive examination of Russian-Ukrainian investment projects to determine the feasibility of its financial participation in the projects. It will also provide financing or co-investment if the positive financial review conclusion is received under the projects consistent with the Memorandum on financial policies of the bank.
