OREANDA-NEWS. November 02, 2010. Herewith AS "Latvijas Krajbanka" (JSC) informs, that in the result of increase of the fixed capital, the number of AS "Latvijas Krajbanka" shares with voting right as of October 2010 reached 25'821'414, but the amount of fixed capital equals to LVL 25'824'248 (EUR 36'744'595), reported the press-centre of Latvijas Krajbanka.

The information is provided pursuant to part 8 of article 61 of the Financial Instrument Market Law and shall be used for calculation of ratio of voting right owned by the shareholder.
