OREANDA-NEWS. November 1, 2010. JSC Federal grid company of the Unified energy system opened investor application register for placement of bonds of series 07, 09 and 11 with total nominal value of RUR 20 bln. A five-year offer is provided under the bonds of series 07 with the nominal value of RUR 5 bln, a 7-year offer is provided for the bonds of series 09 and 11 with the nominal value of RUR 5 bln and 10 bln, respectively.

Sponsors of the bond placement are as follows: Gazprombank, VTB Capital and Sberbank.

The Federal service of financial markets (FSFM) registered the Resolution on the issue and Prospectus of issue of bonds of JSC FGC UES of series 07, 09 and 11 under the state registration numbers 4-07-65018-D, 4-09-65018-D and 4-11-65018-D on November 05, 2009.

Funds received from placement of bonds will be used for financing FGC investment program taking into accounting the stipulated parameters of RAB-regulation.
