OREANDA-NEWS. November 01, 2010. The poll by Hi-Tech@Mail.Ru confirms that most Russians believe in competitiveness of national GLONASS navigation system compare to GPS. The company questioned 30 thousand people to find out attitude of Russian citizens toward GLONASS.

Each forth respondent stated that GLONASS will be able to compete with GPS. 17 percents of the polled do not see economical reasonability to develop GLONASS. 33 percents said that GLONASS won’t be competitive wrt GPS.

Half of the respondents are ready to buy GLONASS/GPS navigators.
