OREANDA-NEWS. November 01, 2010. Agricultural credit corporation (Astana, hereinafter - the company), bonds of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided KASE with an extract from its shareholders registers system, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The company's registrar is Registratorskaya sistema tsennykh bumag (Almaty).

According to the extract:

- the total number of the company's authorized shares (common shares KZ1C45210016 only) is equal to 48,649,371 units;

- 46,849,371 shares have been placed;

- the only shareholder and, accordingly, the only person holding five or more percent of the outstanding shares is National holding KazAgro (Astana).
