OREANDA-NEWS. November 01, 2010. "MEGABANK, PJSC" lowered the interest rate on loans to individuals by 5%. This was reported by the Head of Retail Lending Department of the bank Natalia Svetaylova. According to her, now the clients of "MEGABANK, PJSC" can obtain an automobile credit or a real property loan with interest rate of 19.99% per annum with a standard repayment, reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

In addition, the bank has lowered an independent fee when purchasing a new car to 30% and up to 40% when buying real property in the secondary market.

To obtain a loan a borrower must provide his/her passport and a passport of his/her spouse, an identification code of a borrower and his/her spouse, a certificate of employment of a borrower with an indication of income for the last 6 months, a marriage certificate, a certified copy of work record.
