According to the extract:

- the total of authorized common shares KZ1C33110012 is 4,200,000, preferred shares KZ1P33110118 - 300,000;

- 3,177,093 common shares 225,876 preferred shares were offered;

- the bank bout back 698 common and 181 preferred shares;

- the sole person, holding five and more percent from the total number of offered shares, is S. Sarsenov, which owns 2,399,619 shares (70.52 % from the total number of offered shares), including 2,321,241 common shares (73.06 % from the total number of offered common shares) and 78,378 preferred shares (34.70 % from the total number of offered preferred shares).
