OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2010. Delta Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank), securities of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), provided to KASE copies of registered amendments to the bank shares issue prospectus and certificate of  state registration of a securities issue, replacing the one  issued previously, reported the press-centre of KASE.

According to the mentioned documents:

- Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) has registered amendments to the bank shares issue prospectus;

- the mentioned certificate has been replaced due to an increase in the number of the bank's authorized shares;

- the total number of  the bank's authorized shares makes up 10,000,000 common shares KZ1C36500011;

- the shares issue has been entered into the State Register of Emissive Securities under # А3650;

- as of July 20, 2010, 5,000,000 of the bank's common shares have been placed, its authorized capital is equal to KZT8,051,026,700.
