OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2010. The Government will consider a bill to improve training and qualification increase requirements for persons intending to act as notary. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at the Government's session.

Mykola Azarov noted that the bill would also include articles aimed at improving the procedures for allowing citizens to exercise notarial activities, introducing a mechanism of deprivation to act as notary for those citizens who allow system violations.

In addition, the Government will consider the draft Concept of integrated border management, aiming to meet the obligations of Ukraine in the visa dialogue with EU and other international obligations to provide adequate border security.

In addition, the composition of the Interagency Coordinating Committee of Counterterrorist centre under SBU will be approved.
