Ukraine Deregulates Business
OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2010. The Government will consider a number of decisions aimed at deregulation and simplification of business. The Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at the Government's session.
Thus, according to Mykola Azarov a draft resolution would be considered a draft resolution that clearly defines the criteria for distribution of businesses by the risk of activity on import, export of holographic protective elements. The Prime Minister said that the government will determine the frequency of the planned measures of state supervision over such activities.
As Mykola Azarov noted, the Government set to introduce elements of electronic documents in trade, catering and services. In particular, it is proposed to authorize entities to determine independently in what form to store data from registers of settlement operations: print or electronic." This will not only simplify the business, but also will reduce the costs of business entities for purchase and storage of printed control tapes" - the Prime Minister said. The Head of the Government added that at present some companies, particularly those with large turnover, storing tapes from cash machines for three years, are forced to allocate a special room with appropriate temperature conditions and costs of this is laid in the prices.
