Russia Hikes Crude Export Duty from November 1st
OREANDA-NEWS. October 29, 2010. Export duty on Russian crude oil will be increased to USD 290.6 a ton for Eastern Siberia – to USD 98.8 a ton from November 1, 2010. Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin inked the appropriate resolution (October 26, N858). The text of the document was published today in Rossiyskaya Gazeta.
Export duties on light oil products will increase from next month to USD 208.1 per mt, on dark oil products - up to USD 112.1 mt. Export duty on propane, butane, ethylene, propylene, butylene and butadiene, other liquefied gases will be at USD 116.4 per mt. Zero export taxes were set to calcined petroleum coke.
