OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2010. According to the Decree of the Head of Karelia the structure of bodies of executive power of the republic was amended. There has been established the State Law Committee of the Republic of Karelia. Alexey E.Bakhilin who was at the head of the Supreme Court Justice Department of the RF in the RK is appointed its Chairman.

The State Law Committee will exercise functions of the Department of the Republic of Karelia on maintenance of activity of Justices of the Peace and functions of the Administration of the Head of Karelia concerning regulatory support of activity of the Head of the republic.
