OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2010. A delegation of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Iran led by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Seyed Mansoor Berghei is on a working visit in Turkmenistan.

During the meeting held at the Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the issues regarding the prospects for Turkmen-Iranian partnership were considered. Focusing with satisfaction on the high dynamics of intergovernmental relations based on good neighbourliness friendship, mutual respect and constructive cooperation, the sides called for expanding further bilateral collaboration. In this context the members of the IRI delegation expressed intense interest in fostering mutually advantageous contacts in the trade, economic, financial and other sectors.
