OREANDA-NEWS. October 28, 2010. Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank) bonds of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided  to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system, reported the press-centre of KASE.

REESTR (Almaty) is the bank registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C40310019 of the bank is 20,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P40310115 - 3,000,000 units;

- 13,637,563 common shares of the bank and 2,619,626 preferred shares are offered;

- the sole person, holding five and more percent of the bank shares from the total number of offered shares is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), which owns 9,137,195 common shares of the bank (56.20 % from the total number of offered shares or 67.00 % from the total number of offered common shares of the bank)
