OREANDA-NEWS. October 27, 2010. Ingosstrakh paid 1.6 mln rubles to the peasant farm enterprise of A.G. Manakov, located in Khvorostyansky district, Samara region, in connection with drought.

Winter wheat crop on a total area of 890 ha was insured against loss or partial damage for the total amount of 3.8 mln rubles.

The insured event was an air and soil drought which led to partial crop loss. Ingosstrakh settled the claim and paid the enterprise the full insurance indemnity.

The insured harvest was pledged to the Samara regional branch of Rosselkhozbank to secure a loan.

Ingosstrakh and peasant farm enterprise of A.G. Manakov have been cooperating since 2009. During this period inventories and harvest have been insured.
