In Moscow within the Ingosstrakh project for private medical institutions chain development implementation the solemn event, where emergency ambulance service Bud Zdorov (Be Healthy), drug store chain and day-patient care system were introduced, took place. The event was timed to the anniversary of the medical center located in Sretenka street. New areas of activity will let the companies obtaining Ingosstrakh corporate voluntary medical insurance policies offer their employees high quality medical services at affordable prices, extend the volume of social packages, increase the staff’s loyalty without essential expenses. Private medical institutions chain development will let Ingosstrakh provide strict control of the quality and promptness of medical care, its cost, volume and also offer the voluntary medical insurance clients budget saving options.

Emergency ambulance service (EAS) was established to increase the quality of servicing the clients of the Bud Zdorov clinics chain and Ingosstrakh. EAS doctors provide emergency diagnosis and treatment and consulting services of any kind 24 hours 7 days a week. Special call center Bud Zdorov is equipped with modern automation systems of communication and diagnosis and treatment process management systems, which allow to process several calls simultaneously. Experts of the call center will promptly define the character of emergency and send a specialized mobile teams of doctors. Emergency ambulance service includes a visit by a team of doctors, the patient examination, necessary diagnostic proocedures, treatment, transportation to an in-patient clinic. Emergency service Bud Zdorov owns 10 comfortable vehicles (Volkswagen, Citroen) equipped with necessary medicines and the newest medical equipment (pulmotors, cardio monitors, ECG apdevices, defibrillator, syringe – pumps and other apparatus). The vehicles are parked at five substations within Moscow which guarantees prompt arrival of the teams to the place. Highly skilled specialists, modern equipment and provision of medicines give Bud Zdorov mobile teams an opportunity to render medical services of European standards.

Bud Zdorov drug store chain will make it possible to decrease the patient’s time for search and obtainment of all necessary and affordable medicines prescribed by the doctor.  The first drug store of the chain was opened in the building of the medical center in Sretenka street. Besides, existence of the private drug store chain will take out the risk of unfair pharmaceutical products and medical expendable materials providers.

Day hospital was established, first of all, for patients who do not need full-time doctor’s presence and for treating the patient during one day after manipulations and minor surgical services in urinology, gynecology, proctology. The clinic is also located in the very center of Moscow in Sretenka street. The day hospital has a manipulation room, equipped with modern medical equipment and also an in-house sterilization room. The day hospital may also be useful for patients who want to undergo preventive medical examination, to visit the maximum number of doctors in one day.

It should be noted that for the first time Ingosstrakh declared establishing its own medical institutions chain for providing voluntary medical insurance services in 2007. Then the company obtained two Bud Zdorov medical clinics in Moscow located in Komsomolsky avenue 28 and Myasnitskaya street 13, building 13-13a-14.In 2009 the insurer opened clinics in Moscow, Posledniy side street 28, in Saratov, Vavilova street 23/25 and in St. Petersburg, Ligovsky avenue 274A. In 2009 the investments in the three clinics amounted to over 500 mln rubles. Today more than 300,000 people are serviced in Bud Zdorov clinic chain, the medical staff include more than 1000 people.

In December of this year it’s planning to open a clinic in Krasnodar, next year in Kazan, Ufa, Novosibirsk. And in Moscow in 2011 Central clinical and diagnostic laboratory will be established. In total by the end of the project 24 Bud Zdorov clinics will be operating in Russia. In general Ingosstrakh is planning to invest more than 170 mln dollars in this project.
