According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized shares of the company (only common KZ1C57040012) is 3,500,000,000 units;

- 3,471,573,246 company shares are offered;

- the sole person, holding five and more percent shares from the total number of offered shares of the company is the Republic of Kazakhstan in the person of the Committee on State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
