Belarusian Beer Export Rose 160%
OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2010. Belarusian breweries increased beer exports 160% on the year to 3.935 million decaliters in January-September, Belgospischeprom concern told.
OJSC Krinitsa exports hiked 110% to 2.505 million decaliters. OJSC Lida Beer exports rose 140% to 417,500 decaliters. Olivaria exports reached 74,400 decaliters, up from 900 decaliters in the first nine months of 2009.
OJSC Rechitsapivo exported 41,500 decaliters in the first nine months, down 33.8% on the year, OJSC Brest Beer exported 534,900 decaliters of beer, up 11.5 times on the year, Heineken Breweries 328,900 decaliters, up 11.9 times.
Domestic breweries are expected to export 6 million decaliters of beer in 2010.
