OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2010. Enterprises subordinate to the Forestry Ministry of Belarus increased exports 160% on the year in January-August 2010 to USD 65.5 million, the ministry said in a statement.

The volume of export rose 90% to 1.1 million cubic meters.

Sale proceeds rose 50% on the year in janaury0-August 2010 to 426.4 billion rubles, profits increased 190% to 65.7 billion rubles, and return on sales was at 18.2%, up from 8.9%.

Capital investments of Forestry Ministry’s organizations increased 60% on the year to 103.186 billion rubles.
