OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2010. The Board of Directors of Rostelecom (RTS and MICEX: RTKM, RTKMP, OTC: ROSYY) has adopted a resolution on changes in the lineup of the Management Board of the Company.  The current composition of the Management Board is as follows:

Evgeny V. Gerasimov, Vice-President – Head of the North-Western Branch of Rostelecom;

Viktor V. Iudin, Senior Vice-President of Rostelecom;

Anton Yu. Kolpakov, Senior Vice-President of Rostelecom;

Sergey A. Lukash, Vice-President of Rostelecom;

Alexey N. Nichiporenko, Senior Vice-President of Rostelecom;

Galina V. Rysakova, Head of the Department of Business Development and Human Resources of Rostelecom;

Vadim V. Semenov, General Director of Svyazinvest;

Viktor V. Strelkov, Head of the Information Technologies Department of Roselecom;

Vladimir V. Terekhov, Vice-President/Technical Director of Rostelecom;

Roman A. Frolov, Chief Accountant of Rostelecom;

Anton A. Khozyainov, Vice-President/Financial Director of Rostelecom;

The President of the Alexander Yu. Provotorov was named Chairman of the Management Board of Rostelecom.
