OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2010. Introduction of the automatic GLONASS-based transport monitoring system will be completed in Tula region in Dec. 2011, Head of the region Vyacheslav Dudka told news media.

The Governor last Monday reviewed pilot automatic RF navigation system project for the suburban routes of the region.

The project is aimed at developing Central Dispatcher Service which is to monitor transport vehicles in the region.
