International Airport of Almaty (Almaty), shares of which are listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), informed KASE that on November 12, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. starts its shareholders special general meeting with the following agenda, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- approval of an auditing organization by the "2010 financial statements audit" open tender results;

- approval of terms of agreement of lawsuit and deals with Amsterdam Trade Bank.
