OREANDA-NEWS. October 26, 2010. In the first half of 2010 the export component of milk and dairy products has increased almost by 30%. That the Agriculture Minister Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said today during briefing.

Mykola Prysyazhnyuk said that by the end of 2010 Ukraine would produced 11.2 million tons of milk at 9.1 million tons domestic consumption of milk.

"Export component of milk and dairy products are increasing, and during the first half of this year it has grown by about 30%. That makes about 1.7-2 million tons of milk in cheese and other products which we will export" - the Minister underlined.
