OREANDA-NEWS. October 25, 2010. Nordea Bank offers its private customers two new deposits: "Capital-Elite"  and "Universal-Elite", reported the press-centre of Nordea Bank.

The minimal amount of each deposit is 8 million RUB, 250 thousand USD or 250 thousand EUR. "Capital-Elite" deposit  enables to place funds for the period from 1 month to 2 years.

Interest rate thereunder depends on the currency, amount and duration. If in RUB, it ranges from 3.25 to 7.50 %, in USD – from 1.25 to 3.75 %, in EUR – from 1.50 to 3.75 %. The interest accrued thereupon is payable upon maturity.

"Universal-Elite" deposit  envisions capitalization, account top-up, partial withdrawal of funds and maturity from 1 to 2 years. Interest thereunder also depends on the currency, amount and duration. If in RUB, it ranges from 5.50 to 6 %, in USD or EUR – from 2.50 to 3 %. It is up to the depositor to have his/her interest paid quarterly or capitalized.
