OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2010. Shareholders resolved the following:

1. Profit, not distributed on the date 31.12. 2007 in amount of UAH127 891 520,01 gained from Company activity during the year 2007 is to be distributed in the following way:

- profit in amount of UAH 127 752 450,00 assign for dividend payment (at doing so each share is equal to UAH 0,0578 (5.8 copecks) of dividends).

- rest profit in amount UAH 139 070,01 is to be retained undistributed.

2. Profit, not distributed in the year 2008, in amount of UAH 410 400 625,26 gained from the Company activity during the year 2008, is to be distributed in the following way:

- profit in amount of UAH 410 222 400,00 is to be assigned for dividend payment (at that each share is equal to UAH 0,1856 (18.6 copecks) of dividends).

- rest profit in amount of UAH 178 225,26 is to be retained undistributed.

3. Profit, gained from the Company activity during the year 2009, in amount of UAH 981 664 233,18 is to be distributed in the following way:

- profit in amount of UAH 981 572 025,00 is to be assigned for dividend payment (at that each share is equal to 0,4441 (44,4 copecks) of dividends).

- rest profit in amount of UAH 92 208,18 is to be retained undisturbed.

Date of commencement of dividend payment is October "15" of the year 2010. Expiration of dividend payment is – December "31" of the year 2012. Form of dividend is cash.
