OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2010. Gazpromneft-Lubricants has started to supply Gazpromneft Hydraulic HLP 46 oils for the hydraulic system of the Bolshoi Theater stage. The first oil batch was dispatched to the Bolshoi Theater.

In spring of 2010, Bosch Rexroth issued a tender for supply of oils for the hydraulic system specially manufactured for the Bolshoi Theater stage. Both Russian and foreign manufacturers of lubricants took part in Bosch Rexroth's tender. Gazpromneft-Lubricants won the tender for oil filling having proposed an up-to-date high-quality product, prompt delivery time and high level of technical service.

The new hydraulic system of the Bolshoi Theater stage has been uniquely developed by a group of German engineers. Its oil tank is installed at the depth of over 20 meters and stretches almost under the entire stage. Two stages (small and big) are controlled by six special hydraulic mechanisms. The total volume of oil tank filling is about 50 tons of hydraulic oil.

Passing tests as per Rexroth Bosch Group's requirements guarantees that hydraulic oils have improved antiwear, anticorrosion and demulsifying properties and comply with necessary specifications with respect to viscosity index, neutralization number, freezing temperature and compatibility with seals. Gazpromneft Hydraulic HLP series oils successfully passed Bosch Rexroth 90220 tests early in 2010.
