OREANDA-NEWS. October 22, 2010. Within two years the Government will carry out a comprehensive reconstruction of the National child specialized clinic "Okhmatdyt".  The site work will start already in November-December: "We won’t loose even those months, and the main work will be done in 2011", - the Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said at a briefing after the opening ceremony of a new building of Ukrainian child centre for clinical toxicology at the territory of "Okhmatdyt".

"An issue of the whole clinic reconstruction has been brought up in order to create here in the country at least one core, base, say, head child clinic of the highest world class. We have to make it at the top European standards", - Mykola Azarov said. He added that the Government would pass a special resolution on "Okhmatdyt" reconstruction and assign all the decisions and schedules in it.

The Prime Minister pointed out that the reconstruction would finish in 2012. To his words, The Centre for transplantation of bone marrow would be opened in "Okhmatdyt" in 2011. Besides there will be a department in the clinic that would treat cardiovascular diseases. "As you know, we keep our promises, so we will see each other in 2011 and 2012 when the new departments of this Centre are put in operation", - the Head of the Government summed up.
